i was able to release amanda & rick's wedding
event to them on saturday..finally!
woke up at oakridge conference center to the
sound of thunder and rain. i got up, cranked the window
open and hopped back in bed...it was glorious!
oakridge does have a fabulous brunch ($16), so
if you ever have guests in town or just want to
try something different, i highly recommend it.
well, now for my confession. i mean, i didn't bring
my camera along (wish i had!) as promised ,but
last night, when we arrived at hazeltine (7pm),
i saw all of these disposable cameras laying around
on all of the tables. YIKES!
i found out that their photographer punched out at 6.
well, c'mon..no one was using the cameras so..
i got to work. there were 10 in all i think and my
sister in law, nicki, and i rounded folks up for some
photo ops for mike & jacqi. it really was fun..
and challenging really.... point and shoot!
i would take the photo, look at the back of the camera
and turn it around and say, "oh,is one's great"
and let me tell you, EVERYONE looked...psych!
anyway, we had a great time and i look forward to
seeing all of those images.
much needed rain today.
