last night gary and i attended
another benefit for jay magee.
this was the final event before
he takes off for portugal for his
much awaited and anticipated
procedure in portugal with dr. lima.
way up to shoreview!
it's been so long since i've been
that far up, i thought for sure
we were going to need to go back
and get our passports! :)
anyway, this highly attended event
took place at a great little spot
called the "red ginger~asian bistro".
buffet style yummy asian fare with
a kitchy little bar attached with
room for a band that played jazzy
blues all night. really great!

lots of familiar faces and lots of
new ones...it was a really big crowd!
i pray that everyone involved with
the portugal trip and procedure are
held closely by God and lifted up
with patience and skills to perform
one another's tasks with success!
